A New Computer, Wireless Mouse Will Not Operate. I Followed All Instructions To Loading Batteries, Links.?
A New Microsoft Wireless Computer Mouse Refuses To Move No Matter What I Do.I Load New Batteries To The Mouse; Press The Links On The Mouse And Receiver, But No Movement. I Also Tried Switching The USB Prong To Different Slots, Nothing.
I Tried The Same Practice On Two Other Computers Without Success.Can You Help Me?
